My approach to physio includes hands-on techniques (such as massage and joint mobilisation), dry needling, postural education and exercise prescription.
My Story
I'm an East Coast Bays local, recently returned from Australia. I attended Rangitoto college, before gaining my Physiotherapy degree from AUT in Auckland in 2004. I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma from AUT. Since then, I have worked in private practice in both New Zealand and Australia.
I have worked in Wanaka during winter seasons, and have dealt with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries from trauma to gradual process injuries. I have also worked with a wide range of people, including Olympic level professional athletes. My recent focus has been on dealing with regular patients and their injury management, with a goal to improve quality of life.
My approach to physio includes hands-on techniques (such as massage and joint mobilisation), dry needling, postural education and exercise prescription.
My interests include snowboarding and playing guitar. I have played hockey and cricket for a number of years, but have an interest in nearly all sports.
